Flagship Growth ("Flagship Growth," "we," "us," or "our") operates flagshipgrowth.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect from visitors, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, monthly revenue range, and any message you include. When you book a call through our embedded scheduling widget, Calendly collects the information needed to confirm that booking (see Calendly's own privacy policy for how it handles that data).
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically receive certain information when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and general location. We collect this through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, described below.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use the following third-party tools to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure the performance of our advertising:
- Google Analytics (GA4) — website usage and traffic analytics.
- Meta Pixel — measures the performance of our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising and helps us understand which visits lead to inquiries.
These tools use cookies and similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized advertising through Meta's ad preferences or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether our services are a fit for your brand; operate, maintain, and improve the Site; and measure and improve the performance of our marketing and advertising, including which campaigns and content lead to genuine inquiries.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share information with
We share information with the third-party service providers who help us run the Site and our business, including: Netlify (website hosting), FormSubmit.co (delivers contact form submissions to our email), Calendly (call scheduling), Google (analytics), and Meta (advertising measurement). Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data storage and security
The Site is served over HTTPS with a valid SSL certificate. We do not collect or store payment or financial account information on the Site. Contact form submissions are delivered directly to our email; we do not maintain a separate marketing database beyond what's needed to follow up on an inquiry.
Data retention
We retain the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for legitimate business record-keeping, or until you request deletion.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing joey@flagshipgrowth.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable regional regulations (such as the GDPR or CCPA); we will honor valid requests to the extent required by law.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
